When you arrive at core you will be asked to fill out a waiver before entering the site

Along with your name address and a contact number there are the following paragraphs which need to be read and agreed to with a signature before being allowed into the site.

1. I am familiar with and accept that there is a risk of serious injury and possible death in participation as a competitor in all forms of motor sport and in particular in being allowed to enter the CORE site.

2. I understand that all applicable rules for participation must be followed at all times during the event and the sole responsibility for my personal safety remains with me at all times.

3. I will immediately remove myself from both participation and the site, and notify an official if at any time I sense any unusual hazard or if requested to do so by any of the officials or organiser of the event due to my behaviour during the days activity.

4. No claim of any kind arising from my own negligence, injudicious act, error or omission or otherwise (including without limitation in respect of any damage to any vehicle I intend to use at the event ) shall be made by me, or my guests against any of the CORE organisers, Marshals or land owner

5. All vehicles must be removed from the site at the end of the day.

I understand and agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin that my execution of this document constitues:

1. An agreement not to sue the releasees for any loss, injury, costs or damages of any form or type, however caused or arising, and whether directly or indirectly from my participation in this event.
